Pour diminuer les désagréments de la mue printanière

To reduce the discomfort of spring shedding

Spring shedding is a normal phenomenon, but excessive or prolonged shedding may be a sign of potential deficiencies in certain areas, and here are some tips to help your pet during this period of significant hair loss:

- A poor diet can, of course, affect coat quality and therefore the duration and severity of shedding. Ensure your pet receives a diet rich in high-quality, varied protein. A well-balanced, fresh, raw diet is the best way to provide your pet with highly digestible protein daily.

- Supplement the diet with a good omega-3 type marine oil such as Omega 3 - Seal oil.

- Give your dog a good bath and, if necessary, use Peke Secret's Naked Secret shedding treatment to thoroughly remove all the loose fur. 2 treatments may be necessary to remove all the loose fur.

- If you think your dog is losing hair abnormally, a visit to your veterinarian could help you identify or eliminate certain health issues that may be causing this type of issue.

- Regular brushing is recommended all year round, but during shedding season it’s even more important to allow the hair to breathe and promote the regrowth of the new coat.

Remember that shedding is a normal seasonal phenomenon in most dogs, but if it becomes too long or excessive, it’s important to address this issue!
