Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via the best available carrier at the time of shipment, depending on the destination and current logistical conditions. A tracking number is sent by email for each shipment so you can track your package.

Usually, delivery takes 48 to 72 business hours. However, during peak periods, delivery times may extend to 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping fees apply (as indicated on the website at the time of ordering) to all orders under $65 before taxes. For all orders of $65 or more before taxes, shipping is free.

If the customer made an address error, they are responsible for any additional shipping fees, and the order will be treated as a return with a 10% fee applied to the order value.

Stores

For orders placed through our retailers, a minimum of $500 before taxes is required to qualify for free shipping.

Package Returns

In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure by the customer to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for the applicable reshipping fees, as well as handling fees equivalent to 10% of the order amount.
