Return and Refund Policy - customer
At Pattedeau Bio, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes it's necessary to return or exchange an item if it's damaged or defective.
Requests for exchanges or refunds of eligible items must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
The following products are not refundable or exchangeable unless there is a product defect (e.g., broken container):
- Food
- Supplements
- Grooming products
- Chews
- Toys
We do not refund or exchange products for the following reasons:
- The pet refuses to eat it
- An adverse reaction from the pet particular following consumption of the product: for example, food intolerance.
Before any return, you must contact us before sending back your product. The email address to reach us is info@alimentationcanine.com. We reserve the right to refuse returns of certain products.
Any cancellation request must be made as early as possible by writing to serviceclient@alimentationcanine.com. A full refund is granted if the order has not yet been processed. If the order has already been prepared, a refund will be issued minus a $20 handling fee. No cancellation is possible once the order has already been shipped; you will then need to refer to our return policy.
Incorrect address / shipment refused
Returned orders will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. If the customer has provided an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. If the customer refuses shipment, the order will be considered a return with a 10% restocking fee.
